Hmm, it's an option. But Revy considers the second option. ((custom, have a living space made in or ontop of her cafe via second story?))

-
((Ok)) A custom cubicle would cost 10,000.
-
((Deal, do I provide additional details?)) Revy chews on the skin of her index finger a bit. Then decides this is the best option.
-
((Sure. Like rooms, furniture, stories, size))
-
((It would be 2 stories, with the first one being the cafe itself and the second one being Revy's living space. As far as size is concerned, think of a rectangular layout. 10ft by 20ft with the entrance being on a shorter side. Imagine this: http://www.foodgps.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/01/Third-Rail-Coffee-Exterior.jpg Bottom floor would of course include the cafe area, takes up roughly half the floor. Basic cafe area with tables and a counter, machines and pastries on display. Also a washroom for the patrons of course. The rest of the floor would be the kitchen, which is rather large with all the baking necessities of the cafe, it includes 2 large fridges to keep certain materials cool. And ovens and stoves and all that jazz. And a tiny-tiny utility room in the back for laudry, gotta keep washing rags and aprons clean. Second floor aka living quarters. A set of spiral stair from the kitchen lead there to minimize space taken. I'll keep the furniture as simple as possible. A living room with a singular couch facing a television. A small bedroom with a tiny twin sized bed a desk and a bookshelf. A multipurpose room same size as a bedroom, think of it as a hobby room. A bathroom. Not sure how detailed you wanted it, but that about sums it up. xD. Any problems or changes with the price, let me know right away ))

Alright. That's worthy of 8,000.
-
((I'll pay 9,000 for the miscellaneous furniture and spaces I left out, closets and such)) Revy brings up her Tac Pad and pays the proper credits to Paranor housing. (-9,000c)

You now own the cubicle.
