Still not seeing anything about being dropped to level 20...you are assuming. Bout the only level specific info i see is the cap is 40 and no longer based off armor light...we will level as we did getting to 20. I'm betting the update will detect what level you are and you will be set as that...but untill they state anything on it you are doing nothing but speculating.
