I'm heavily convinced they removed it from the game for me. I have played easily over 200 strikes in the last week, grinding for hours and hours, trying new things during the strike to get it to drop. While playing, I haven't seen one person drop it. I have dropped every single legendary gun at least 3 times EXCEPT the hopscotch pilgrim. Some people are saying that it can drop from the PoE 28 small chest, but I grinded that for hours and got nothing, just wasted a lot of keys and time. Also, is there a specific thing that you have to do to get it? I heard that your chances of getting legendary gear are better if you don't die during a strike. Is this true? Can someone confirm this?
