Theres the Nouisaeculi. Andrew used to lead them, but he doesnt anymore. Their base is in the sector-2 sewers. Besides that, they are a rebellion. You can join them if you want.

I am half human. Half machine. So a cyborg. I wish i could forget what I've done, to go back to regular civilization. But i feel only as a monster. Sounds like something from Fallout.... Andrew best friend and mentor was killed protecting him (taking one of Andrew's falls), and Andrew blames himself constantly for his mentors death (Henry Silryte was his mentor), he decided he would fight in his mentors name. Which is why his name is Andrew Silryte.

He seems like a man i could get along with. The thing that happened to me was that my wife was poisoned by someone. Not sure who. But instead of suffering she wanted me to kill her. So i did it for her. Her last words were " I love you " I carry our wedding rings on a chain around my neck. I believe she poisoned herself. She suffered from a disease that made her waste away. I think she just wanted it to end. But im not sure. Ive killed others in the sewers that ive suspected as the culprit. But im not sure what actually happened.
