What do you do when you want to leave a raid?
Have you ever had those raids where your fire team just doesn't work to you. Either if they just suck, or one of them dropped the n word. You just start thinking HOW can I leave politely or what can I say that is really random and stupid and will confuse them to make my escape? I've gone between saying I've played too much destiny and my eyes hurt or my hamster just got the news that he's been accepted to university, depending on the group.
EDIT: if you want Leave your best leaving lines, serious or not.

If it's not working out for whatever reason, when I have had enough, I just say one more wipe and I'm done guys it's late. Surprising how many others agree. This only tends to happen helping people on Skolas now though.

Usually I have a friend who can cover for me; or I say that my dog is sick or one of my friends needs to go to the emergency room or something. That's usually only if the group is bad though. Sometimes I fake lag and appear offline.

I just leave silently. They aren't worthy of my help is how I think about it. I have had bad teams in the past. I have learned that if you can pull it off after an hour when you know how to do it; find another team.

I just tell them exactly why I'm leaving. If it means telling them I don't think the group is skilled enough to make it through in a timely fashion or I've lost interest and want to go do something else. It may seem flakey or rude but I'm not going to do something I don't want to do if it's more time or work than I had planned to go into it. This is a video game and I'm not going to make it suck for myself because of anyone else. It's my leisure time to relax. Not get stressed out I'm wasting time with a group or just 1 or 2 guys who don't want to take it seriously or just too inexperienced.

I only do oracle's to the exotic chest. Only want another fatebringer even though there is no point now. But I just say Il run this to the chest then I'm out of here give someone else a chance at loot seems I don't need it. Everyone is fine with it. If they are not then I don't care haha.

Disappear and force the team to wipe. I usually only leave if a scrub is taking control and has stupid ideas or I'm the only one who can run relic/sword. Yes I prefer more than one swordbearer, it helps aplenty.

i tell em how it is man... most times im fireteam leader... and ive never had an issue booting those that deserve it... do t listen, booted... start with retarded insults and blame game, booted... dont get me wrong, i give fair chance and warning... if it comes down and im not FT leader... i go with the classic "im out, -blam!- off"... works like a charm...
