Hand laid stock or braced frame....100 stability ...Hand laid stock = less range and 30 bullets....braced frame = more range and 24 bullets

HP doesn't require perfect stability to be a beast. The reason why I like smallbore is the range mainly. ORES helps increase stability so it will not be a big difference and outlaw helps releave the issue os slower reload

With braced frame you don't lose range...and with current maps you can pick off snipers with it
