((Well isn't lockpicking a little... You know, un-futuristic? I just want this RPed in a cyberpunk way. I don't have anything against lockpicking, I just knew it wouldn't fit the mood))

Fine.... But it just doesnt feel right that its COMPLETELY useless.... But its your RP i guess.

It is completely useless, because most of, if not all, of the locks in Cyberpunk are electronic. It can still work on older doors, like ones with handles and knobs around the Coast and Oasis, but not anywhere else.
