If it's my fireteam, I boot the offending player(s)
If it's a friend's fireteam and their friend who is the problem, I message the FT leader and see what they will do. If they do nothing, I just leave after telling them I am done.
If it's a team of randoms (rare, I don't chance with randoms very often) I just leave.
