Ehh, idk... I rolled it to the EXACT same stats as messenger using red dot oas and perfect balance... I have red dot oas and braced frame... I also have the same perks as the messenger but with one more trigger pull in the mag and a higher aim assist... so basically if I was actually buying a PR, I'd have to go with the HP unless the messenger was noticeably cheaper....
