[i]Crane falls almost slowly downward, towards the ground. He knows his augments will absorb the shock, but it's pitch black. He has to land just right-[/i]
[i]The support scaffolds that hold up the landing pad crack under his weight. The agent snaps to his feet and activates his thermals, pulling the MP55 from its holster.[/i]

*Shiroe jumps from wall to wall, finally landing next to you* "Now what?" *She flicks her wrist and the handle of the phase saber slides into her hand*

[i]Well, we-[/i] A combat synth bursts from the water below them, cutting off his sentence. Crane rips it apart with his right arm chisel, raising the MP55 and spraying the water with his left arm. He leaps onto the next obstacle, and starts climbing across the rope net just below them. [i]We start moving, we start shooting, and we don't ever, ever stop![/i]

More synths appear, and are cut down. Suddenly, they are hit by blinding spotlights. [b]TEST DEEMED COMPLETE: REASONING: EXTREME SPEED, COOPERATION.[/b] [b]TIME ELAPSED: 25.342 seconds, zero minutes.[/b]

"Well that was fast...." *She flicks her wrist and the saber is gone*

The floor beneath them spins upward. A small computer console rises to meet them as they enter a lighted cupola. Leaning against the wall are Brick and Dust, the other two agents in Crane's team. [b]You were a little slow that time, Crane. But it was exemplary as far as doubles trials go.[/b] [i]Yeah, yeah. You just shot everything, if I remember correctly.[/i] A red ring of light appears on the floor around Shiroe's feet. Another, identical circle appears around the computer. Crane nudges her forward. [i]Go on. It's for registering. Last step of the training.[/i] The computer has a biometric and retinal scanner inlaid on its face, along with a small keyboard. [u]Please place each eye against the lens, then each hand against the screen.[/u]

*She studies each member of the team before nodding and walking towards the console. She bends down and puts each eye in front of the scanner, then each of her hands. She bends back up and waits*

The computer beeps loudly. [u]IDENTIFICATION INDEXED. PLEASE ENTER CODE NAME.[/u] A blank line appears onscreen, the key bar blinking silently. Crane leans forward. [i]You get to do this part.[/i]

*She stares at the line, then hits enter, leaving the space [b]Blank[/b]. "The name's Agent Blank." [i]Just like I promised Onii-chan.[/i]

Crane cracks a smile. [i]I like it. Let's go get some celebratory chow.[/i] He heads for the elevator, and the team soon arrives at a cozy Officer's Club, which is filled with Overwatch soldiers back from patrol.

Crane waves her over to a table. [i]I don't know about you, but they had me on a liquid diet. I need some real food.[/i] In a few minutes, several hamburgers are delivered via a mechanized tray, and the other three Agents dig in.
