So was TDB, and HoW. It's all DLC.

Tdb was disc locked content and HOW was tweaked a bit

TDB and HoW were add ons to the vanilla game, TTK is acting like its own game instead of just adding to the new game. It's not worth fighting over something as unimportant as whether or not TTK is DLC or not so I don't want to start any sort of argument
