DLC = Generally a small addition to a game. Fairly cheap 20$ box of chicken. Expansion = A large addition to the game, usually as big or nearly as big as the main game. Sometimes they are even standalone. 39$ 2 bags of carryout lol isn't expensive DLC will be 20$ . If games came like they did back ps2 with all the content games like Madden batman ect would be 80 to 100 bucks oh wait..they already are! .
