It has 0 relevance with any laws in our countries. I double checked it with my countries tax office. Bungie doesn't pay tax here , Bungie doesn't have any additional expense as they are selling digital content here , Bungie doesn't have to pay to US for selling digital content to Non US Countries.
This is all related to Bungie and Activision price strategy nothing further. We are getting screwed up big time.

That may only be the case in UK , it is NOT the case in my country I suggest you to speak only in your country specific. Keep it in mind it is also different in Netherlands ;)
