It's the same boss, some would say with easier modifiers tho.

Yeah I tried yesterday always made it to the second mines and we got took out but with the primary modifiers gone do you think he will be easier to take down with balky and black hammer

Yes gally and black hammer will do more damage now without the small arms perks.

Skolas is ALWAYS the end boss - but as for any other bosses during the rounds... not sure on that
