For other people's play styles, they want different rolls. Plus, you can't roll perfect stability on a messenger

3rd eye is personal preference, some people like fast-reload perks better. Hopscotch's stability is better (it's maxed with an upgrade) and it has a higher base aim assist stat. Headseeker is more or less worthless on both, even with a body shot it still 2-shots and if you go for hidden hand on hopscotch you'll hit all crits most of the time....
