Yeah, and you left off at player level 20. That's been the cap since release. Your light level and player level are no longer tied together.

You're the one making assumptions. No one ever said you would start at your previous light level. Your light level is determined by your gear. Your player level is separate, and will start at 20 assuming you were at least 20 before.
