You're diluted. So many video games charge more for less. And thr taken king is not what we call Dlc, it's am announced expansion. Pretty big difference.

  • You know what else was not what we called dlc? Tdb and HoW were both considered expansions by bungie.

  • Expansion? So you get to use all of the legendary stuff collected, and it keeps its relevance for new missions/strikes/raids? That would be cool for expansion (to expand, instead of replace). I haven't heard enough about this, though. I like Bungie's take on the fact that we grow with our gear, keeping it for years, evolving at our own pace, and upgrading stuff to keep it new and fresh, while swapping out old stuff for new as we see fit.

  • I don't think your interpretation of expansion when applied to the video game scene is on the right track.

  • When I downloaded expansion packs for Forza, I got more tracks, and more cars. I wasn't told that my old cars would only be drivable on old tracks, and I would need to buy the new cars. Of course I want new stuff, but nothing is stopping me from trying to upgrade my old cars and have even more fun. I believe Forza (in various iterations) is still a contemporary video game.

  • Forza has so many mmo elements and has such a deep story. Thanks for saving me.

  • Interesting. You made a comment about dlc not meaning expansion, and how that doesn't relate to video games. I provided irrefutable evidence that you were mistaken. I'm sorry if you were unable to read properly. Besides, the actions you make in Forza (crashing into a particular driver, resulting in a history with that other driver - either good or bad), have more of an impact than the choices you can't make in Destiny. You're welcome.

  • You're inability to understand English impresses me. I wish you well in middle school.
