Can someone seriously justify the Black Hammer nerf?
I really don't see why this is getting nerfed at all. Who can convince me? It makes no sense...

They're nerfing it because the perk was so good it was like an exotic. Which was not intended. Yeah, it sucks, but hey, they made the stranger's rifle into an exotic (No Time To Explain) and that's not even a legendary, so there is some hope...
