Can someone seriously justify the Black Hammer nerf?
I really don't see why this is getting nerfed at all. Who can convince me? It makes no sense...

2 RepliesWhite Nail is an Exotic-tier perk, and it outclasses Ice Breaker. That is why. And you're still going to have the ability to fire 18-24 shots indefinitely. Which is still a good lot of DPS.
