The things i think they should put into Fallout 4:
-an addiction system where every time you use a drug that you're addicted too, you have to use it one more time then the last time you used it to get its effects. And if you use it too many times, your character ODs.
-a time system where big consequences (for instance, in Fallouts where there are ways to get plants to repopulate, maybe after an enormous amount of in-game days, plants could retake the entire wasteland. Every certain time-period they turn up in specific locations, and then continue to turn up as you play the game (or as time progresses inside the game)
-and other things.
