The Scavenger makes his way over to Observatory-10.
He arrives.
"Are you Andrew?" he asks cautiously.

"Yes. And this is my sister, Emily, we've talked, and she can perform the operation. She'll need some antibiotics, Knock out gas, and some doctors tools. Get these and we can begin. She has intense medical knowledge, but she works as an engineer so she doesnt really use these items that much. She should be able to hardwire some of our computers though and make them into the electronic equipment. She'll also need a blueprint of the wings (just a slip of paper, you dont need to actually draw them), and if you have the wings themselves, bring them."

(Its basically a Dwemer workshop from Skyrim except more wires. So a Cyberpunk Dwemer workshop, even though the dwemer are like steampunk in mid-evil times, a Cyberpunk Dwemer workshop is the best way i can describe it. You play Skyrim? If so, then you should know what it looks like). Then just come up and we'll be waiting for you in our skybox (its a big control station hanging on the wall that overlooks the big cavern)."

"Placing an order for a weapon from us (SigmaTM) would do nicely. Sigma manufactures and sells advanced weaponry, technology, and armor. (Armor is drawn, weapons are made out of Legos, and technology varies. This also is only in the group.) No one has been wanting sick advanced technology lately so we haven't had much business."
