If the only place we could get a 365 elemental primary was from HoW, we'd all still be playing much more PoE. There's no need. Quite frankly, there will probably never be a better pve hand cannon than the FB. If we could ascend it for 10 years, there'd be no reason to continue to play other than jumping on for a little fun. I, for one, am excited and looking forward to the next year of Destiny as it unravels.

There's nothing stopping Bungie from making a better hand cannon though. Are they gonna give us worse off weapons than the fatebringer for 10years?

I know. I hear ya. I'd be happy if TTK has a 13 shot arc hand cannon w 104 in reserve, firefly n outlaw please w a 400 atk rating. ;). They can call it what ever they want. Haha. I think what they should do is bump VoG n CE to higher levels where you can run it for chances at that original gear w higher attack ratings. It would maintain playability because right now, other than for fun, there is no meaningful reward. I dunno. I'll play on, others will leave, no biggy. Looking forward to the Suros package. I'll preorder a couple of days into September if the cutoff is any time prior to TTK release.
