I could never understand why they didn't use Tess Everis for things like patch notes, warnings for server maintenance, messages about the Nepal fund raising thing. Sure, they have the forums but people who don't use them could actually appreciate that usage of her. Hopefully in the future they actually have special orders like a random sparrow or ghost shell for the hell of doing something with Tess.
Edit: I think we also need holiday themed things be delivered to us via special orders. How great would Christmas themed class items be? Or feathery winged shaders for Thanksgiving. Four leaf clover themed ship for ST. Pattys? Would be pretty sick to see the Tower be decorated with Christmas trees too, Easter bunnies or Chinese themed banners for Chinese New Year (not that I'm Chinese, but for the sake of appealing to different nationalities)

Tess handled items that were permanently available to you. Themed items like the Halloween ones were temporary or limited and thus available for a one time deposit at the post master.
