That's exactly the thing, all metal gear fans (not just fanboys) have just swept it under the rug and moved on to the new $60 game coming out soon. Why is it that nobody brings that up when someone says they're looking forward to the phantom pain. I've seen countless people on YouTube who say that they play destiny because they enjoy it, and they get called a fanboy or sheep then the whole issue of pricing comes up. That we also paid money for a demo and that it costs $130 (I bought the season pass) to get the full release. You have to pay $100 for the full metal gear solid game if you bought GZ at launch. Why aren't people who say they're excited about the phantom pain getting that type of hate? Not that I want them to, I don't want any type of hate, it's just odd that the destiny community is constantly called fanboys yet metal GZ was a blatant cash grab and the phantom pain even has micro transactions.
