At the very least though it gives newbies are reason to grind for those weapons, otherwise, they'll skip right over that content. EDIT: Make the requirement for the combo be a MAXXED out weapon. Then player wouldn't be able just run the raid and get weapons, they'd still have to work hard to level them all up first. Problem solved.
