Another NLB Idea
Another idea for nlb:
-" The master": precision kill increase damage of next body shot to amount of precision hit.
-Also replace mulligan with perk which will reduce bolt action time after dealing damage/killing enemy.

Bungie should really consider this. I just got nlb from poe and it needs to be better for me to consider using it.
