Your gear seems to be Spetsnaz gear of the Cold War era, but strangely modified. The body armor is far thicker, and the usual Red Star insignia is backed with a raven, and has a stylized eye in the center. The AK-74 fires a fragmentary round that is definitely NOT standard issue, and a silencer and Kobra sight are integrated into its frame, and cannot be removed.
