  • Riksis, Devil Archon: Dossier While his origins are unknown, Riksis arrived in the Solar System with the rest of the Fallen House of Devils near the end of the Collapse as Humanity, weakened by the destruction of its military at Jupiter, Mars, Venus and Mercury, retreated to their final remaining outpost; Earth. As the Devils fleet approached Earth, Humanity received a message from the Fallen that dealt a crushing blow to their already dying moral. In the message Riksis, speaking in English, spoke on behalf of the Fallen Houses, declaring that all of Humanity's colonies now belonged to the Fallen. Mass panic ensued with the majority of Humans that could afford transport leaving Earth while rioting began. As civilisation descended into chaos, the military prepared various Cosmodromes for evacuation and prepared itself for a last stand. Keeping his promise, the Fallen fleet arrived at Earth and began a ground invasion. Despite the best equipment the Golden Age could afford and a truly unified purpose, the Human military defences proved useless in the face of the Fallen's vastly more numerous and advanced ships. Despite this, their martyrdom in orbit allowed the army to finish preparations and begin evacuation protocols. Noticing this deception, Riksis decided to strike a major population centre to panic and quell any further resistance. In a brutal assault against unarmed civilians, a Devil Ketch descended from orbit and attacked London. As the military responded on the ground, Riksis himself disembarked from his ship and personally slew the defenders. The world suddenly became aware of the horror they faced as news that Riksis had beheaded the leaders of the British military. Having been busy in his assault on London, Riksis was unable to support the Devil's attack of the Last Cosmodrome in Russia, but he soon arrived to lead salvage efforts there and gain a foothold near the Traveller. Upon arriving, the Devils dropped Sepiks Prime into the Cosmodrome where the two worked to salvage and re-energise the Servitor after the long voyage to Earth. Eventually, Riksis was slain moments after retrieving what he had been looking for; a Golden Age NLS drive.
