@Bungie Will players be banned or restricted for providing or receiving help to achieve flawless in the Trials of Osiris?
-
That depends.
Please be advised that you are the company you keep. If a cheater is a member of your Fireteam, you may well get caught up in the dragnet we have weaved to ensnare them. Be suspicious if someone guarantees you a flawless run in Trials of Osiris. No matter how skilled the player, victory in the Crucible can't be guaranteed. Be extra careful of people advertising their services, especially for a fee.
From their latest weekly update they have said to be wary of paying for Flawless in ToO as there are some cheaters who do this.

Edited by Metni: 8/14/2015 3:58:18 AMIt's very possible. You can't trust other players offering services like this. Especially because if they are cheating, you can consider yourself a cheater regardless of whether or not you know it. Please be careful of who you share sensitive information with. Bungie elaborates more in this week's update: https://www.bungie.net/7_Bungie-Weekly-Update--08132015/en/News/News?aid=13397

I honestly hope not. If you can't find someone to help you get there then giving someone a reason to help you should not be an issue. I am not good enough by myself to make it with most groups but I kept trying and I found some solid guys to help me. It is something outside of bungies relm of control and as long as people are willing to pay to see mercury there will be skilled guardians to take them there.
