Right, I guess there's some speculation here though because your character is supposed to transfer between all games, even though there may be a "Destiny 2", I find it hard to believe it will be in a different time frame and setting with totally new reworks. Currently the lore of the game within grimoire only supports past events and current accepted knowledge. Call me a freak but I think a lot of people are taking "Destiny 2" too literally than it should be. It may very well be a sequel, but I doubt it will be more than an oversized expansion that gives us more insight on the game and experience more of the play world as time continues. Having to start another guardian or character after 2 years would really upset me, as I would imagine a lot of other players who love the game and play it consistently to get better loot. I may have strayed off of your OP a little bit I think it's still within the realm of what you were discussing haha.
