Fine, it took me over 500 hours on my main account to get it, but on this account (my sub-account) I got it from my first 28 poe after probably 25 hours playing the game. It's exciting to see it drop in the game for you, but some guns just don't drop for people (hello, Hawkmoon and Fourth Horseman, we really have to talk) and everyone deserves to have some fun with the gun they desire most. Xur sold it before, so I don't see the huge deal in him selling it again, almost 12 months later!

I have 4 RNG ones on my XBox one account :) and now I have one for my brand spanking new PS4 warlock. Will grind some coins and grab two more for my other PS4 characters today hopefully. I love you Xur. I was really dreading grinding for this on PS4. To the point where I would find it hard to even run strikes because of the rediculously low chance of one.
