To all those buying the Gjallarhorn..
Congrats! RNG can be mean, I only got the God of War shader a few weeks ago! Don't let these salty people infect you. I got my 1st Gjallarhorn on Crota's End from the Deathsinger, when I was dead for that whole entire encounter.. I didn't "earn" it, your strange coins were earned so these salty guardians can keep quiet..

*UPDATE* nice to see a lot of love from fellow Guardians but it's unfortunate that there's a large amount of Guardians that need to get checked out at the hospital for poisoning because of all the salt inside them..
Thought I'd share that I have 3 Gjallarhorns already, I got my second and third from nightfalls (a week apart funnily enough)
Don't listen to the salt about "it's gonna be nerfed so who cares" as they're only reducing the damage of the wolfpack rounds, and I don't see them reducing it by much, meaning it will still be a beast weapon, but we'll have to wait and see..
Elitists can cry extra salty tears today, they deserve to...

That is a nice post! It's nice to see someone posting a very positive message when it comes to RNG! :) I just bought one this morning and will get another for my other character. This takes a lot of pressure off of finding one. Thanks again for the positive message!!

I have 5 g-horns and didn't earn a single one. It's all luck, I'm glad he is selling it again. Enjoy everyone that has been waiting.

WOW I only spent 6 months of playing Destiny daily to get my first Ghorn and now a noob that has done a few weeklies can now get one. Thanx Bungie u really know how to make your hardcore gamers feel special !

I got mine from an LFG Atheon hard run a few months back. Whether I felt I earned it by that point or not I still felt I couldn't refuse when 1 of the group asked for help with the final part of the Thorn bounty. Although with the benefit of hindsight maybe I shouldn't have. Another Thorn user in PvP ;-)

2 RepliesMe, beta player...never got a gally no matter how many time i did nightfall or exotics or damn vog raid on morm and hard...never matyered how many times i went to xur hoping furums were wrong lol...i hav a gally. Ow, hate all yall want for me JUST now getting it. Dont care, i have it now and imma exploit the f*** out of it for the next 3 weeks lol With that said, grats to all the ones still dealing with old school exotics that 'maybe' xur will let u reforge and level up(ex, Truth)....grats if u got it...if u dont, ill even help yall get the coins so u can.

I'm glad it finally got sold so people can enjoy it before it get nerfed. Do I think it buying stuff from Xur is "earning" it? No, but that's just my opinion. And who really cares how you got it or if you earned it? I sure as hell don't. I have a bunch of exotics I don't think I earned but I don't like or enjoy them any less than the ones I think I earned.

Exactly. It's like how I got my first hard light. I barely ever place crucible and months ago I was in a match just goofing around with friends. Halfway through the match my daughter, who was running around fell down and started crying so I immediately put the controller down and was out for the rest of the match. I think I had maybe a .5 k/d and I get Hard Light as a reward. At that time and since then I barely even touch autos. Like OP said, it's all RNG and no matter how you got your gear, it's all good.

3 RepliesGjallahorn won't be shit still best launcher on the game, one main reason he will be selling it is because alot of selfish shit players only want players in their fireteam who have a gjallahorn so now everyone can have one and not get excluded also the reason why it's getting nurfed, so if u want to blame someone blame the players, not bungie... Also I doubt gjallahorn is part of destiny's 10 year plan I'm sure there will be another must have exotic launcher.
