No joke congrats to everyone that has been wanting and trying for one! I honestly dont see why everyone is so salty. . Its getting nerfed and wont be able to be ascended as of next month... if we could take it with us and upgrade it and wasnt getting nerfed thats one thing.. but we cant, and it is. Might as well let people that havent been able to enjoy it in all its glory experience it!

You can take it with you and you can ascend it. Only year one LEGENDARY'S will no longer ascend.

Exotics will be brought up to speed with the new weapons. It's legendary weapons that won't be ascended.
