I earned mine in week 2 when I spent 17 coin from Xur! Hahahhaha
It wasn't easy getting strange coins in the beginning tho.
TBH, I went after it because it was in the commercial and looked awesome. I had no idea it was going to be so hard to get for everyone. I guess I am just a lucky scrub.
