There's nothing broken about that, it just means your luck is on legendarily bad lows, I have had at least 500 hours involved in Destiny, and I earned 3 Gally's that way. I bought my first Gjallarhorn when Xur sold it that only other time. I've done plenty of Nightfalls, plenty of strikes, Raid's and all. Involvement or hours don't guarantee a drop, just as it always has, you just need to be lucky.

No it's broken. Anyone with common sense can see that. I have a Gally and took me about 400 hours. I have friends who have played over 1000 hours and don't have it. Beta players that don't have it. People that have raided and done nightfall every week since game came out that don't have it.

Again, that's not broken. your idea of what RNG is seems to be a bit flawed there. I am a Beta tester myself, I know about the struggle to find good items, I have my share of disappointments too, but your literally expecting the system to give you a Gally when you damn well want it. That's why it's a random thing, it isn't guaranteed. I have only ever had my hands on ONE Vision of Confluencae. I don't have it anymore, and since I lost it I can't quite get my hands on any other guns. I've had my share of luck with weapons too, Vault of Glass doesn't want to drop me Atheon's Epilogue, fine, ill just go find something just as equal if I can. Crota's end refuses to drop Hunger of Crota. That's fine, I got my choice on that too with my BTRD and my other guns. Everyone has their own luck.
