It doesn't make sense...
Player 1 plays the nightfall each week on only 1 character. One day he receives Ghally.
Player 2 plays the nightfall each week on all 3 characters. He never gets a Ghally, but has a plethora of strange coins.
When Xur finally sells it, P2 is overjoyed...his quest is finally over, after all the weeks of grinding. P1 is enraged that something he got as a random drop a few months ago can be purchased by those who have put in more hours than him and not gotten Ghally.
I can't understand why our community is full of toxicity and hatred...P1s think that they are better than everyone who plays more than them just because they didn't buy Ghally.

The thing is way op ,now the whole team has one. You can take out bosses in under 1min . It should have not been sold. I have all exotics but 2 vex-m and super good advice but these and ALL other exotics are not game changers . Example you cannot down a boss with 3 bad juju's or 3 thorns or 3 hard lights or any other exotic but the g-horn. The game was holding on but the grind to get things they don't have not to buy it. This is bungies way of thanking everyone that is about to quit and a brive to make others stay bcus exotics will still be fully useable with TTK

This is the dumbest thing eva like for real homie I've been rolling with squads who all have gallys for the longest time. I bet you a million dollars you won't even notice any difference a week from now.

The entitled generation needs to get a grip lol. You earned hundreds of coins for playing hundreds of hours, you effin *earned* the weapon xur is selling at that time. I just gotn my first Gally in last weeks nightfall, and a week later its sold (perfect timing due to dlc launch soon). Am i mad, no. Cuz in the end i beat parts of the game that took forever, without a gally, or atleast one or 2 friends with it. But it was worth it. That many people who have had the weapon since forever, cannot run through anything without itnand therefore just nuke there way through a game. That doesnt make you better or worse but overly dependent on nuking. Im guilty of that as well. Why? Cuz its faster etc etc (we seen the endless reasons). But who cares? Its a game. You earned it one way or another. Regardless of the hours played etc etc etc each and every player here goes hard at pointing out someones progress, is irrelevant, and that may be true, especially the babies being carried, then are no where to be found who nuke there way to the top, but whupteeedooo..... Get over it. Cuz when year 2 kicks off, it doesnt even maaattterrrrrrr lol.

I actually only have 1 character but have probably played way more than most of you here. Just saying.

Your stats on that one character state you have 16 days. 16 days multiplied by 24 hours in a day comes out to 384 hours. Unless you had other characters that you simply deleted (not saying you didn't), you have 384 hours played.

I have made 7 characters total. I've deleted them. Xbox dashboard when seeing how many hours i have on the game say +1900 now. Xbox dashboard shows the correct time.

Nope. Xbox dashboard says +1857. I've played this game everyday since it came out.

You Xbox Dashboard counts every second the console is on, Bungie.net counts actual playtime.
