Isn't xur a form of rng as well?
It seems to me that xur is a form of rng, albeit indirect. You had to collect strange coins, as well as having to have xur sell it which has a low probability as we all know. Just my thoughts.

1 ReplyNo one who has been here since the beginning believes that Xur is rng. It's quite clear that he is in fact controlled by Bungle. Also, no need to attempt to legitimize the purchase. Buy it and have fun. Bungle already robbed you of the one memorable experience in this game by taking away the absolute best rng drop available and allowing people to just grab one at the drive thru window!
