On the ps4 and since the last patch, random mobs are becoming immortal at no health and usually healing back up to 40-100% health. The same healing happens to other random mobs and yes it's got nothing to do with servitors. This usually only happens whilst patrolling.
Never mind the Wolves, I'm getting more than a little weary of it.
