Yes, everyone deserves to have them. However, for Bungie to sell the best and most rare weapon for 17 SC at Xur made the weapon seem cheap. You have to agree with that.
I'm also a Gally owner...2nd month on the game playing VoG hard as a level 29.

which you got as a random drop...RANDOM! i BOUGHT 2 with coins i earned playing PoE and the weekly strikes plus random coins from engrams.

Random drop > store bought. Keeps the validity of the weapon/item. However, if Xur sold Gally for more expensive...let's just say 100 SC. I think it would be a fair trade off.

So you got one second month. You didn't have to grind nearly as hard as people who have been playing for the entire first year and still don't have it. They've been doing literally every single thing you've been doing. You were just luckier. Yeah, some new guys that haven't been playing very long might get it. But it really doesn't matter.

Oh yes...I remember that day (night). 6 hours straight trying to figure out the whole raid with an underpowered Vision of Confluence and a Swarm machine gun. Blood/Sweat/Tears went into that raid. I get your point tho. I'm just being a little salty. Because this weapon is so rare and OP, I think it'll be better if Xur sold it for 100 SC instead of 17...what do you think?

Definitely reasonable to jack up the price. Fair compromise.
