Can we stop this pretentious snobbery and elitism over a -blam!-ing video game? How delusional are these people standing on the corner of busy intersections with their megaphone and picket sign saying "WE EARNED OUR GALLY. ANYONE WHO DIDNT EARN THEIRS IS A SINNER! A SCRUB!"

Bravo, self-entitled prepubescents, you've managed to allow Xur to make you all look more like fools than anyone else in the Destiny populace could.
Having Gally drop for you by the grace of RNG is not "earning". There are MANY people who have spent just as much time, and sleepless nights filled with tears, frustration and utter joy on this game as you have, who STILL haven't had a single Gally drop for even 1 of their 3 maxed out characters. Better yet, most of these kids screaming "Not fair!!" would probably appear as filthy casuals compared to the amount of time some of these people who haven't had Ghorn drop for them have spent on this game.
Stop bashing people who were thrilled to finally see the weapon they've thirsted and bled for months for in Xur's inventory today. Over half those people have been playing just as long, passionately, tirelessly and studiously as you have. So cut it out and just stop being a pretentious dick.
If you can't do that, then at least for the love of -blam!-ing God stop saying you "earned" it. Randomness does not discriminate time and effort. Stop.
