1. Based on the perks and stats of that gun, you guys can have it. That is awful. Like, really awful.

Its just a fan made pic. If this ever were to happen, which you are correct in saying it won't, the stats would most likely be much different.

Yeah.. which for a hand cannon it's awesome having 3 luck in the chamber rounds. But a 30 round pulse rifle having one round that does extra damage, what good would that really do?

Nah the perk is great man. Just not as an exotic perk for a pulse rifle. That's all I was trying to say.
