I'm glad it was finally sold again, it was long overdue. However this is typical manipulation by Bungie, which is being done to hype the game leading up to TTK, don't be a sucker. It's obvious they could have sold this weapon at any time in the past, but it wasn't on Xur's loot table, which was their choice. It clearly shows how bogus their justification for nerfing this weapon truly is. If they actually cared about people being excluded from endgame content this weapon would have been sold to the masses a long time ago.
