First, the game should be cohesive as a whole. Each part feeding the whole. Second, "the game is getting better and better" Not even close. That is the assumption that every fanboy threw out after the vanilla release, then after TDB and after HoW and it didn't. Bungievision's demonstrated pattern of conduct is to fill the atmosphere with spin, release garbage, then reap the profit. When the bitching starts fill the air with even more spin, or just ignore it all together. TTK for content is going to be basically TDB and HoW combined. A handful of story missions, more PvP BS, and a huge emphasis on the "Our way or the highway" development mantra. They build this game around planets/moons but only give us a couple of blocks of space to play in. "We think 10 years with the same weapons would be boring", their declared principle of You can't play endgame content unless You you find people to play it with. " We won't find you friends" as their reasoning for no OMM.
All of this is coming from a company that used to care about the quality of the games they put out and about the players. Now they'd rather be dismissive about the players and keep blathering on about their position/opinion. They'd rather continue with the corrupted development plan from this gaming late term abortion and ignore the Mass call for changes. They'd rather throw emblems, shaders, and sparrows at the problem, than address these issues directly.
