Actually, that was a private message. If you ask him, im sure he would tell you. I do understand how bad this looks. But it started with my saying that Andrew would announce at the end that the Overwatch were building a Liberty Prime basically, and he said "no."
And then went on about the lockdown thing. Just ask him he'll tell you.

I recommend going onto the actual Bungie site, and turning them on for your computer. That's what worked to fix mine
