It is no reflection of actual skill, bottom line. I could prob go farm 300 more Grim tomorrow if I felt like it, WTF does that have to do with anything? Look at the percentages on trophies, look at their gear for the activity.
GRIM MEANS NOTHING.

Which way is easier. Going through all that ish or looking for a 3400+ grimoire. It's the easier and more reliable way. Again, you can spam that line over and over, won't change the fact that it does show a reflection of their skills(in most cases). Nothing we can do to change that. We need a measure if skill, grimoire is the easy to access one.

Didn't you say checking moments of triumph? What would inspecting give you. Their weapons? Emblems might help but grimoire isn't a bad marker of skill.

Weaps and gear appropriate for the activity is all I care about. If they don't have it, they still get a chance to prove their worth. Just what is your problem with how other people prioritize their experience? It's a game, it's played for fun. Get off your high horse and go meet someone new. Maybe give back, like others gave to you. Too many selfish -blam!-s in the world.

I do. I carry n00bs through crota and vog. But when I pick my tryhard people for challenge modes I look at grimoire. I don't believe I'm better than you or anyone just because of grimoire. I think it's a way, not the best way, just the most convenient way of judging skill. Why are you getting so aggressive? I just think that when I don't have the ability to tell if someone is better than someone else, grimoire helps. It's not perfect, but it works for me. And tell me who gave to me? I was never carried through things. I was a solo player until i was level 31. Then I studied VoG and held my own weight. I fought my way here. I have no obligation to help others, but I do anyway. I'm simply saying grimoire isn't gonna make you look bad. It helps to determine skill, even though IT MAY BE WORTHLESS, IT IS STILL A DECENT INDICATOR. It's possible a godly player may have 2500 grimoire. Is it plausible? No. That's why I use it for determining if someone is reliable in a challenge.

So let's clear something up. I'm coming from a Raid background and you appear to be coming from a Trials background?

U know what this was fun but I got to go. Let's agree to disagree. I believe grimoire carries some weight but not a huge amount. Good night.

Fair enough. Take care.

How so?
