You seriously believe a high Grim means anything?
Let me paint a picture for all of you. In the last week, our group added 2 players to run the Vault for their 1st time. One had a very low Grim (under 2000), held his own, the other had a high Grim (over 3300) and really struggled. Ran it again on Tuesday, dude under 2000 was embarrassing most of us, 3300 struggled. One listened, the other didn't.
The proof is in the pudding gents. If you can't adequately evaluate your squad-mates, that's on you. The fact that I could prob be at 3400 tomorrow if I wasted my time hunting Dead Ghosts only reinforces my argument.
