If you bought your Ghally from Xur, you weren't worthy enough for RNG.
I'm worthy of the almighty RNG in which I was blessed with a Ghally on my 3rd Nightfall. Praise RNG. All you scrubs who bought from xur are not worthy of the almighty RNG.
Edit: Just did the weekly nightfall and RNG blessed me with the Hard Light.
