For how long and whats the radius

From the videos I have seen on it, it's pretty far, maybe like 15 feet in every direction, and it takes away the supers that are being used. Like a golden gun, and a stormcaller and a hammer titan all were running together and it showed a hunter run up and shoot his arrow and all of their supers were gone, it showed both of their screens too

What if supers arent active

Then it does the same thing and attaches all of the guardians to it, and pulls them in and they cannot move at all
