Xur was not an RNG based system, don't you find it odd that he sold some of the best weapons during some of the times that were low on player count? He was even datamined, and for a cover up Hingis made multiple ip addresses for him, one with a direct line to Bungie for a hot patch on the day of, and another that was the one that had the table

they've said he's rng, you have no proof that he isn't, only a suspicion. I highly doubt Bungie would lie about something so frivolous.

Well he has been datamined with all of the items being correct multiple times by the same person, along with after that there was a patch that also made it impossible to datamine him
