Making a list of all the underpowered perks in the subclasses of warlocks, titans and hunters. If I leave anything out feel free to tell me :)
-Fix Catapult it literally does absolutely nothing
-Flux grenades need to deal as much damage as fusion grenades. There is no reason for them to deal less damage, its not like they explode twice or anything.
-Glide needs a massive overhaul. It makes warlocks the slowest class in the game when they aren't supposed to be.
-Balanced glide is useless please fix
-Increase the duration of angel of light, its way too short.
-Pulse grenades need to deal more damage as they are considerably weaker than other AoE grenades.
-Spike grenades need to last twice as long.
-Fix Suppressor grenades, they always glitch and don't suppress or cancel supers when they hit a target.
-Increase trip mine damage to 200
-Replace the throwing knife perk, circle of life with something more useful.
-Increase swarm grenade damage.
-Fix the burn on scorch, sometimes it doesnt activate.
-Add better melee perks for the defender.
-Increased titan melee range
-Increase skip grenade damage.

I would just change defenders ability to activate on hit...that would fix that (probably). Striker on the other hand, their melee just sucks. Also it's worth noting that the magnetic grenades of the defender(the ones that explode twice) constantly fail. After the first explosion the second one stays were the first one went off. This almost always ends in the player getting away in pvp.
